Wow, that was no gimmie – that was challenging!
Anonymous, CSP (2010)

The class was great and I have been incorporating my tools since my return to Raleigh, NC.
Lynn Headley, CSP - The Highlands Group (2010)

The CSP program was a valuable experience.  Continuous improvement and education is a must for any professional.  The skills, tools and resources provided in this certification process create a great foundation to build a successful sales career.

Thanks!
Chris Mullins, CSP - Advanced Solutions for Manufacturing LLC (2010)

Great experience!
Sam Hubbard, CSP - Foust Marketing (2009)

This course has something for all salespeople whether they have one year of experience or thirty! It gives you the ability to become a great salesperson in today's fast paced market.
Wayne Richter, CSP – Elgin B. Robertson, Inc. (2009)

A most excellent class!  This is my 25th year in sales in the electrical industry. I did not think that I would learn that much in the class. After CSP training, I realized how much I was not doing for my customers. For me, the class sharpened my “customer-focused” skills and made me appreciate all that I had forgotten about “serving out” to my customers.
Sarah Smart, CSP – Lutron Electronics Inc. (2009)

The course provided me with immediately applicable information for business and personal benefit.

Very valuable to me was the re-framing of many activities into repeatable processes for a more systematic approach to managing my territory and increasing success in sales calls.  (See the rest of Kelly's testimonial)
Kelly Hannig, CSP - TMWest (2009)

Excellent course.  Instructor knowledgeable but not condescending; practices but enthusiastic; mature but relevant.  I loved it will look over the material again and put it into practice immediately.
Lutron Electronics Inc Participant (2009)

I have been in sales, in the electrical field for 25 years.  This class was excellent in that it covered the basics of balancing time and self development and professional behavior to more advanced methods of goal setting, territory planning and negotiation skills!  Top Notch! The instructor was excellent as a trainer, always on his tip toes, serving out to our group’s needs, an asset to your company!
Lutron Electronics Inc Participant (2009)

Great course.  I hope senior management decides that inside sales should attend as well.  So that we are all on the same page.
Lutron Electronics Inc Participant (2009)

Both owners of Applied Motion Solutions are CPMR graduates. One of our goals was to have our sales staff CSP Certified in 2009, completely paid for by our firm.

One of our salespeople attended the three day session in Philly and we see a noticeable change. More confident, communicating better both internally and externally, and new business opportunities are solid. Many of our sales take years to close based on the upfront engineering but we know this investment will pay dividends very soon.

We met our goal of having our whole firm will be CPMR or CSP certified in October! I would be happy to be contacted if anyone has questions regarding the benefits of either CPMR or CSP. Thanks for making our industry more professional!
Peter Oppici, CPMR - Applied Motion Solutions (2009)

Pass or fail, I know I learned some very valuable points that will help further my career in sales. I appreciate the opportunity to improve  myself and learn from some of the top people in the sales world.
Trevor Cornette, CSP - Kriz-Davis (2008)

Excellent! Best sales course that I have been to!
JC Hughes, CSP – Colonial Electric Supply (2008)

In the 20+ years I have been in sales, this is by far the best sales program I have ever been to. It is well worth the time and money.
Rick Roedell, CSP - Brainard Nielsen Marketing (2008)

CPMR has provided me a more global understanding of the Rep business.  I am able to focus on the important aspects of our business and make more informed decisions.  Adding the CSP designation brought structure to what we do as a Rep firm.  I have 8 others in the company that are CSP designees and I am also able to help them identify solutions utilizing their education.  Dual certification in today’s business environment is of tremendous value.
Kevin Adams, CPMR, CSP - Shaffer & Nelson (2008)

CPMR and CSP are extremely well run and taught by highly skilled instructors that bring real world experience into the classroom. CPMR provides the platform and skills needed to run and manage a rep agency (line profitability, personnel management, technology, tax concerns, and benefit issues to name a few). CSP provides a proven road map through the sales process that allows me to be successful in the selling end of my business. Sales is simple, but not easy!  Each certification provides me with critical skills needed to run and work in a successful Manufacturers Rep agency.
Dave Dasson, CPMR, CSP - Net Sales (2008)

When I was told I had been signed up for this sale class, I admit I was somewhat skeptical.  But after the first 10 minutes, I realized that the class was not at all what I had imagined.  The instructor held everyone’s attention from the very first day until the last.  Before I knew the results of my test, I was telling everyone that, regardless of my score, I have taken so much from this class.  I know what I learned will be applied not only to my professional life but also my personal life as well.
Pamela Taylor, CSP  - Williams Supply Group (2008)

Having completed this valuable training, we unanimously feel that we are better prepared to go out every day and do our jobs with a clearer focus on our customer’s needs and on meeting our short and long-term goals for success. We would highly recommend your sales course to any company, or individual looking to add sales success and professionalism to their repertoire.
Ed Cancelosi, President - Gray Sales, Inc.  (2008)

CSP has a positive effect on my accounts by allowing me to focus my attention more profitably. Goal setting and time management are key ingredients in my recipe for success. I am more focused and am developing better relationships with my customers. It is beyond helpful to have some form of structure when our careers are so chaotic. Thanks so much for providing me with tools to improve my business.
Laura Alonzo, CSP - OmniCable (2008)

…the CSP program does three things better than other program…First, it gives you great tools to work with for the whole sales process. Secondly, the collateral material all flows. Lastly, the facilitator did an outstanding job. She engaged her participants and added real-life examples how to employ the material.
Tom Christensen, CSP – Lesco, Inc (2008)

My company requires us to take internal and external courses each year. The CSP seminar was by far the best.
Frank Lilly, CSP – Lutron Electronics
(2008)

This was the most beneficial course I have ever taken…Keep up the good work.
Kevin Massey, CSP - United Electric Supply (2007)

I would enthusiastically endorse this program to any of my friends, peers, customers, etc., who are interested in advancing their careers through education and certification
Paul Cassady, CSP – Excellence Marketing. Inc. (2007)

I thought the class was very helpful and interesting. After returning to work I started using the information I learned immediately, without even thinking about it. Although the class was fairly intense, I would definitely do it over again. I believe the rewards will be great in the near future.
Jason Henry, CSP – Butler Supply (2007)

The certification program has been one of the best things that I have done for my sales career. It has been very beneficial to my career, helping me work towards achieving my goals. I have recommended the program to all of the sales professionals I know, whether they are relatively new to sales or have been in the sales profession for years.
Scott Catanzarite, CSP, CPMR Candidate – Group 4 Retail Equipment (2007)

The CSP seminar was non-stop participation with both the facilitator and the students…I highly recommend the seminar as a valuable experience and tool that you will take with you and use in your career.
Todd Schilling, CSP – Component Sales (2007)

The CSP program was a refreshing course for me. The material was thorough and was accompanied by solid teaching. The role-play was one of the best parts of the class. I would recommend it for any sales professional.
Jeff Behymer, CSP – Duncan Industrial Solutions (2007)

The skills for Sales Success program exceeded my expectations.  It was an intensive learning experience, impressive presentation of the most comprehensive material for anyone interested in a sales career.

Thank You for the advanced ethics principals. It is a “Must Do” for serious sales professionals. Very well done – I am looking forward to more of your programs.
Johnnie Kelley, CSP - Williams Supply Group (2007)

I have attended dozens of product training, public speaking, and sales courses over the years.  The CSP program was the most well-run and informative that I have had the privilege to attend.  The ability of Frank Foster and Jim Oliver to get and keep our attention was noted not only by me but other attendees as well and this was not a room full of rookies.

I believe that the course is not only going to change my professional life but almost every aspect of my life.
Rob Lofland, CSP - TRJ Marketing (2007)

I have had many sales courses over the past 27 years but yours put everything in a well organized perspective.  Thank you!
Victor Wathen, CSP - United Electric Supply (2007)

The CSP Program content as well as the skill of our instructor provided many great “takeaways” that I feel will show immediate results.  This was much more than the typical sales course.  We learned effective ways to personal development and a successful life style in the sales profession.
Dan Sherwin, CSP - Unity Electrical Sales, Inc. (2007)

The CSP program is a great course that summarizes many of the key elements in the personal selling process.  The course’s mix of lecture and practice along with role play exercises made for an exciting and enjoyable learning experience.  The instructors and examiners were very helpful and the shared experiences from fellow students offered insight into the many common issues that are faced by the professional sales person.  Thank you for a very beneficial program.
Sleiman Zogheib, CSP - Lighting Dynamics, Inc. (2007)

As someone fresh out of college, this was a great crash course to take. I've been working aimlessly…now I can go back with direction and motivation.
Michael Marzouk, CSP - The Sales Group (2007)

The course provided me with immediately applicable information for business and personal benefit.

Very valuable to me was the re-framing of many activities into repeatable processes for a more systematic approach to managing my territory and increasing success in sales calls.

The oral exercises turned out to be far more beneficial than I expected.  Although they were all very uncomfortable to me and I felt I stumbled a lot, they helped me quickly see areas to improve – especially in the questions.  I have called on many of my dealers for a while and have become too limited/casual in my approach to questioning.  I can now see I don’t usually dig down enough to learn the full picture with them and  I am making assumptions about their business that were valid in the past, but may not be valid at the moment. Thanks again!
